WE ARE AUTHENTIC provides audiovisual production services tailored to each client’s purpose and objectives. Every project is approved in advance and moves through pre-production, production and post-production.
Payments
Payment is accepted by Multibanco and cash in the studio, MB Way and bank transfer with proof of payment. Each project requires 80% upon award and 20% upon final delivery. If the client withdraws during the project, payments are non-refundable. Payment delays extend production deadlines.
Revisions
The client has a minimum of two final-product review rounds and may request necessary changes within the agreed scope.
